1. Why my "Store Locator" does not showing up on front-end?

Please ensure that App is being enabled or not for that go to Admin >> Apps >> C: Store Locator >> General Settings then Enable App and click on "Save" button.

2. Can't able to show stores in the store locator page.

You must need to add at least one store then you can see store in the frontend. You can add store at Shopify Admin >> Apps >> C: Store Locator >> Add Store then fill all details and then click on Save button.

3. Can't able to show google map in the store locator page.

Step-1: Go to Admin >> Apps >> C: Store Locator >> General Settings then set Display Map 'Yes' and click on "Save" button.

Step-2: Go to Admin >> Apps >> C: Store Locator >> General Settings then add API Key in Google Map API Key field and click on "Save" button.

4. Would I lose all my data after Uninstallation of App?

Yes, All data is removed from the system after 48 hours of App uninstallation by customer/merchant.

5. Can't able to show google map in backend. It shows something went wrong.

When you are see that kind of error then please check Google Map API Key and enter valid API key.

6. Can't able to show store distance in frontend.

You are able to show store distance when you follow below mention steps.

  • 1. Click on Search by Distance tab
  • 2. Click on Search button
  • 3. You will see Allow Location popup and click on Allow button

7. Can't able to update Map Height and Map Width in frontend.

When you are setting Map Height or Map Width large then it will not set. You can set map height or width maximum 100%.

8. I have enabled app on my OS 2.0 store still does not showing anything on the front-end, why?

Please make sure to activate "Store Locator" scripts embed block from your OS 2.0 theme admin.

Step-1: Go to General Settings Tab and set Enable App as Yes then click on "Save" button.

Step-2: Please open live theme customizer >> theme settings section then after please follow below screenshot and save your changes at last by click on "save" button at top right corner!

9. I have updated store locations address but it will not show when I search stores based on distance.

When you are update store address then make sure to update latitude and longitude. Search by Distance depends on store latitude and longitude.

10. I have search record using "Find your nearest store" search box but records are not showing when records are available.

If You are search records using "Find your nearest store" search box then that records must be loaded on store locator page then search result will show (If records are not loaded then you can use Search by Location search filter). we have loaded records on scrolling.

11. I have imported many records from a CSV file but not able to import all records.

If you are import invalid records from CSV then wrong records row can not import. You must have to enter valid zipcode, email, website, etc. also, you have to add mandatory field value in the CSV file.

12. How price will be calculated if I will upgrade my plan?

When you upgrade your plan by moving from a less expensive charge to a more expensive charge, the charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. For example, if you begin a 30-day billing cycle on a $5.00 plan, and then upgrade to a $15.00 plan on day 15 of the billing cycle, you’d be charged $5.00 + ($15.00 – $5.00) * (15/30) = $10.00 USD. 13. How price will be calculated if I will downgrade my plan?

If you downgrade your plan by moving from a more expensive charge to a less expensive charge, then you’re automatically offered an application credit based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. 14. How can I change Plan interval from Annual to Monthly OR Monthly to Annual OR Switch plan from Basic to Pro?

 Later on, you can change the plan interval from our app by clicking on the "Pricing Plan" button at the top, and you'll see the same thing as in the screenshot below. From here, you can change the plan's interval from monthly to annual or annual to monthly, and you can also switch to another plan, for instance, from Basic to Pro, by clicking the Upgrade button, which will redirect you to approve a new charge based on your selections, while Shopify cancels the old active charge and activates the new charge when you approve it.

15. How can I turn off auto-renewal for my annual plan for the next year? Will I be able to use the app until my renewal period?

 Yes, you can turn off auto-renewal for your annual plan for the next year by going to our app, clicking on the "Pricing Plan" button at the top, and then seeing just like below. Simply follow the instructions in the screenshot below:

NOTE: If you turn off auto renewal, you will be able to use the app until the next renewal period, and you can turn it back on when you re-subscribe to our app plan the next following year.

16. How will the price be calculated if I switch from the Monthly Plan to the Annual Plan?

  When you upgrade your plan by moving from a less expensive charge to a more expensive charge, the charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. Proration occurs when you approves changes to your app subscription that take effect immediately. For example, if you begin a 30-day billing cycle on a $5.00 plan, and then upgrade to a $15.00 plan on day 15 of the billing cycle, you’d be charged $5.00 + ($15.00 – $5.00) * (15/30) = $10.00 USD. 17. What happen if I switch from the Annual Plan to the Monthly Plan?

  If you switches from an annual plan with a higher price to an annual plan with a lower price, or from an annual plan to a 30 day plan, then the charge for the new plan is deferred until the current plan's subscription cycle is complete. For example, if you begins an annual subscription plan in January, but switches to a 30 day plan in September, then the new 30 day plan will start when the annual plan expires in January.
